Arctic
Seal White Roof Coating
100% acrylic based
fibered roof coating recommended for use on metal roofs.
Specifically formulated for both metal roofs and the
extreme conditions of the Southwestern desert. This 100%
acrylic coating is far superior to any asphalt or alkyd
formulations resulting in the best coating you can buy
for a metal roof.
ARCTIC SEAL WHITE will:
- Reflects over 90% of
the sun's rays thereby reducing interior heat as
much as 35%. This will reduce your utility bills.
- Expand and contract
with your roof. Its high degree of elasticity
will allow the coating to flex and move with the
roof's surface. Lesser coatings will stiffen and
crack.
- Form a seamless
rubbery membrane with high tensile strength. This
durable and long lasting coating will offer long
term roof protection by both insulating and
waterproofing.
Correct coverage of 50 sq.
ft. per gal. (2 coats) using 1/2 " - 1" nap
roller will result in a cured mil film thickness of 12
mil (min).
Life
expectancy is 5 yrs. between maintenance re-coats.

Use the Product:
Easily applied using
brushes or rollers. Cleans up with soap and water.
